BBH Championship Giveaways 2026 – Official Rules and Regulations

Build Better Humans (“BBH”) is pleased to offer two promotional contests (collectively, the “Giveaways”) in connection with its presence at provincial and national sporting events and related activities. By entering either Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Sponsor

The Giveaways are sponsored and administered by Build Better Humans (“BBH”), a provider of mental performance consulting services.

2. Contest Period

The Giveaways commence on April 20, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and conclude on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Giveaways are open to legal residents of Canada. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Employees, contractors, and representatives of BBH, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

5. How to Enter

Entrants may enter one or both of the following Giveaways during the Contest Period:

(a) Individual Giveaway: Entrants may submit one (1) entry by completing the official Individual Giveaway entry form, available at BBH event booths or online via the designated entry page.

(b) Team Giveaway: Entrants may submit one (1) entry by completing the official Team Giveaway entry form, available at BBH event booths or online via the designated entry page.

Limit of one (1) entry per person per Giveaway. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit may be disqualified at the sole discretion of BBH.

6. Prizes

(a) Individual Giveaway Prize:

One (1) prize consisting of a ten (10) session Mental Performance Consulting package delivered by a Senior or Lead Consultant. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,750 CAD before applicable taxes. The prize includes ten (10) individual online sessions of approximately fifty (50) minutes each. The prize must be activated and used within two (2) years from the date of activation. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the discretion of BBH.

(b) Team Giveaway Prize:

One (1) prize consisting of a one (1) year team mental performance curriculum delivered by BBH. The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,400 CAD before applicable taxes. The prize is valid for use by a single team within a club, or organization and must be activated and used within twelve (12) months. Delivery format and scheduling are subject to BBH availability and program structure. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at the discretion of BBH.

All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

7. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected for each Giveaway by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draws will take place on May 8, 2026 at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each Giveaway.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Selected entrants must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by BBH as a condition of being declared a winner.

9. Winner Notification

Selected entrants will be contacted by email and/or telephone within five (5) days of the draw date. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) days, declines the prize, or fails to meet any eligibility requirement, BBH reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and select an alternate winner.

If a selected entrant is under the age of eighteen (18), the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian on their behalf, and such parent or legal guardian must satisfy all requirements set out in these rules.

10. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners, and in the case of a minor, their parent or legal guardian, consent to the use of their name, general location, and likeness for promotional and publicity purposes by BBH without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Privacy and Consent

By entering a Giveaway, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by BBH for the purposes of administering the Giveaways and for communication regarding BBH services. Entrants may withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time.

For entrants under the age of eighteen (18), consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian for communication and prize fulfillment.

12. General Conditions

BBH reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaways in whole or in part at any time, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaways.

BBH reserves the right to disqualify any individual who it believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaways, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BBH and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaways or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. Governing Law

The Giveaways are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
