Custom
support

We always want to design a solution that suits your environment, not to try to fit a generic program in. Get in touch to see how we can build support for you.

A conversation is the best place to start.

We think custom support always makes sense, but especially when:

You want alignment across parents, athletes, and coaches

You’re addressing cultural or systemic changes

You want something built for your environment, not copied into it

How it starts

01

Start the conversation.

Share your environment, needs, and constraints.

02

Define the challenge.

Together, we clarify what support is actually needed and where change will have the most impact.

03

Design the solution.

Bespoke support is tailored to your system, not pulled off a shelf.

Don’t just take our word for it. See what past clients have to say.

  • “I have seen improvements to my mental toughness and I have learned techniques that help me.”
  • I loved learning new theories and practices on developing personal well-being. I rarely take the proper time to think about this topic so it was fantastic to do that in these workshops.
  • “The information was presented in a way that kept me engaged. I also found that the consultants explained the topics well, and were able to properly answer questions that the participants had.”

Frequently asked questions

Anything that doesn’t fit neatly into a standard service is considered custom. Complex environments rarely need off-the-shelf solutions, and custom support exists for systems that want something built with them, not handed to them.

With a conversation. You share your system, your challenges, your constraints, and what success would actually look like. We listen first, ask good questions, and resist the urge to jump straight to solutions.

Scope, timeline, number of stakeholders involved, and the level of support required. In short, how big the puzzle is and how many people are holding the pieces. These are often large-scale multi-year partnerships, involving multi-five-figure and six-figure-per-year contracts with hundreds or thousands of users.

Some combination of training, delivery, leadership alignment, and reinforcement tools. No two plans look exactly the same, because no two systems actually are.

Custom support is only offered as a multi-year partnership. That’s intentional. These programs require a significant upfront investment in planning, alignment, and development, and real systems change takes time. Short-term fixes don’t honour the work or the people involved. You decide to trust us just like we decide to trust you.

Yes, depending on structure and delivery plan. Scaling support is possible when expectations, communication, and leadership alignment are clear.

A clear point person and leadership buy-in make a huge difference. Change is much easier when it’s supported from the top and the bottom, not pushed from the side (by us). We do the same on our end.

We define success together at the start, then track it over time. We collect data through questionnaires, surveys, and regular check-ins, and we gather feedback from multiple stakeholders, including athletes, parents, and coaches. This helps us understand what’s working, what’s shifting, and where we need to adjust.

That’s expected. Environments are dynamic, seasons shift, leadership changes, and new challenges emerge. We build in regular check-ins and feedback loops so we can adapt the plan, update priorities, and stay responsive without losing the bigger picture. Agility is part of the design, not a sign that something went wrong.

Yes, the goal is not more external support, but stronger internal capacity and confidence alongside the external support we offer. The duality is what helps the work last.

That’s exactly why we do this work. Based on what we see, hear, and understand about your environment, we’ll recommend the solution we believe fits best. That’s our role as experts, and we take it seriously. We can take care of more than you think!

LET’S TALK
