By accessing the website or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or Services.

“Content” means all materials provided through the website or Services, including text, video, audio, worksheets, assessments, and digital resources.

4. Scope of Services

Build Better Humans provides mental performance education, training, and skill development Services.

The Services are educational and performance-based in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment unless explicitly stated in writing as part of a separate agreement.

5. No Medical or Mental Health Advice

The Services do not replace care from licensed medical, psychological, or mental health professionals.

Build Better Humans does not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions. Any tools, assessments, or guidance provided through the Services are for educational purposes only.

If you or your child require medical or mental health support, you should seek assistance from a qualified professional.

6. Minors and Parental Responsibility

Some Services are used by minors, including teenagers.

When a minor accesses the Services or creates an account, a parent or legal guardian confirms that
• they consent to the minor’s participation
• they are responsible for supervising use of the Services
• they accept responsibility for the minor’s actions and use of the Content

Build Better Humans relies on parental consent and supervision and is not responsible for monitoring individual minor use.

• respect the boundaries and intent of the Services
• not misuse assessments, tools, or Content

You are responsible for how you apply any information or guidance provided through the Services.

8. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify Build Better Humans promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Build Better Humans reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

9. Payments

Payment is required for certain Services and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods may include online payments, invoicing, or other approved methods.

All fees are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

10. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility will be stated at the time of purchase or in a service-specific agreement.

Unless otherwise stated
• digital products and completed Services are non-refundable
• refunds are not provided for missed sessions
• access to digital Content may be revoked if a refund is issued

Build Better Humans reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

11. Intellectual Property

All Content is owned by BBH Performance Consulting, Inc. or its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the Content for their own use.

You may not copy, distribute, share, modify, or reproduce the Content without prior written permission.

12. Assessments and Tools

Any assessments or tools provided through the Services are intended for educational and self-reflective purposes only.

Results do not constitute diagnoses, predictions, or guarantees.

You are responsible for how you interpret and apply assessment information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Better Humans is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Services or Content.

You acknowledge that outcomes depend on many factors beyond the control of Build Better Humans and that no specific results are guaranteed.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BBH Performance Consulting, Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any rights.

15. Termination

Build Better Humans may suspend or terminate access to the Services at its sole discretion if these Terms and Conditions are breached.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. Language

These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages for convenience.

In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Build Better Humans may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
