Our approach
We aim to be fair, transparent, and respectful in how we handle refunds.
Because our Services include a mix of digital content, live sessions, and educational programs, refund eligibility depends on the type of Service purchased.
This Refund Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.
General refund principles
Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase
• digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable
• completed Services are non-refundable
• missed sessions are not eligible for refunds
• refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with outcomes
Access to digital Content may be revoked if a refund is granted.
Programs, courses, and training
Refund eligibility for programs, courses, or training will be clearly stated on the sales page or in a service-specific agreement.
Where a refund window is offered, requests must be made within the stated timeframe and before substantial completion of the program or access to materials.
One-to-one and group sessions
Sessions must be cancelled within the timeframe communicated at booking to be eligible for rescheduling.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
Exceptional circumstances
In limited cases, we may consider refund requests due to exceptional circumstances.
Any such decision is made at our sole discretion and does not set a precedent.
