Liam Walke

Apprentice practitioner

Liam’s background as a varsity cross country skier and competitive trail runner, and his extensive coaching experience (15+ years) are what got him hooked on the mental side of performance. Supportive environments and access to an MPC were instrumental in helping Liam enjoy lifelong competitive sport as a masters athlete.

Now, with an MHK in Mental Performance Consulting from the University of Ottawa, Liam is dedicated to helping others build on their strengths for success and well-being in life and sport/performance. He helps athletes and performers of all levels develop tools, utilize support systems, and cultivate resilience and joy in their day-to-day, whether they are preparing for an important race, dealing with a difficult team environment, or balancing work and family with their practice schedule. Liam has a particular interest in the arts, service accessibility for underserved communities, and career altering injury.

When not consulting or training, Liam can be found putzing about in the garden or feeding the birds.
